- Refunds – Refunds, minus a $40 administrative fee (per ticket), are available through Friday, September 18th, 2026, EST. To request a refund, please contact customer service at [email protected].
- Ticket Changes – Please contact customer service at [email protected] to request a ticket change (ie. in-person to virtual or vice versa). Note: Refunds on value differences only available through September 18, 2026. Ticket upgrades may require an additional charge.
