Welcome to the 2026 CAREGIVER SUMMIT!
There will be many different ways to attend the Summit this year!
The primary host location will be in Bismarck, ND - All speakers and panelists will be in-person in Bismarck.
These cities will host viewing watch parties to stream the live Bismarck Summit as a way to still experience a conference setting without driving to Bismarck:

Join us for this FREE EVENT at the primary host location in Bismarck, or at an in-person viewing party, or from online (anywhere in ND) for an inspiring and supportive gathering of caregivers. This summit is all about sharing education, caregiving trends, stories, tips, and loads of encouragement to help you on your caregiving journey. Keynote Address: Navigating the Caregiving Career: Trajectories and Transition

Info: The long-term implications of providing help to someone with a chronic condition have led some to call caregiving a “career.” This presentation will consider the longitudinal aspects of caregiving to someone with a chronic condition over time, and to emphasize how key care transitions are both potential “stress” points but also opportunities for support for individuals living with chronic condition and those who help them.

Info: This session offers an opportunity to hear from the National Academy for State Health Policy (NASHP), which hosts the RAISE Act Family Caregiver Center. Attendees will gain an overview of the national caregiving landscape, hear about North Dakota’s participation in the state caregiving learning collaborative, and be introduced to a range of national and state resources available.
