The Captains of Wings of Texas invite the disabilities community of the Coastal Bend to attend and participate in our fourth annual "Captains Ball" event hosted by First United Methodist Church
Date: 8-22-26
Time: Doors open at 4:30 pm and the party runs until 7
Location: First United Methodist Church (900 S. Shoreline)
Attire: Formal
To confirm participation please complete this form. A separate form should be completed for each participant.
*NOTE* - RSVP is limited to the individual with disabilities and up to two chaperones (parent's/guardians/responsible adults). No individual may just be dropped off - at least one chaperone is required for each participant
