What will we be discussing?

"How to Do the Work" by Dr. Nicole LePera

Overview:
In How to Do the Work, Dr. Nicole LePera guides readers through the process of becoming conscious participants in their own healing. The book blends psychology, trauma awareness, and practical tools for change. It’s empowering, relatable, and designed for readers who want to understand why they feel stuck — and how to finally shift their patterns.

This will be a three-month series, with each session building on the last and offering space for discussion, reflection, and integration.

Pages: Introduction – Chapter 4 (approx. pages 1–120)

Pages: Chapters 5–8 (approx. pages 121–220)

Pages: Chapters 9–12 (approx. pages 221–320)

If you haven’t met her yet, you’re in for a treat! Stacey is a Certified Trauma Care Practitioner, Rapid Transformational Therapy Practitioner, and host of the incredible podcast “Flip Your Mindset.” She’s a true powerhouse and GEM, and her insights will absolutely elevate our conversations.

The event will begin at 5:30PM with some light bites and refreshments and the book club session will begin at 6:00PM finishing at 8:00PM!
