2026 Bonneville Shoreline Trail Hike

Join us for our 6th annual BST hike!

Join us Saturday, September 12, as we hike a section of the Bonneville Shoreline Trail. We'll stop at several points and discuss the progress that has been made connecting different sections and the work that still needs to be done in order to have a continuous trail.

The full hike will start at the Bridal Veil Falls trailhead at 7am and end at the Slate Canyon Trailhead (a total of about 12 miles). For those who would like to do a shorter hike, you can end at East Lawn Cemetery (about 5 miles) or Rock Canyon Trailhead (about 8 miles). If you would like to park your car at one of these locations and shuttle to Bridal Veil Falls to start, a van will be at Rock Canyon at 6:30am, and another vehicle will also pick up from East Lawn Cemetery at 6:30am. We plan to start hiking at 7am.

Be sure to bring:

• plenty of water
• a hat and sunscreen
• sturdy shoes
• weather-appropriate clothing (we will hike rain or shine!)
