2026 Blind Pass Beach: Great American Cleanup

Welcome to the Great American Cleanup – Blind Pass Beach (middle beach)

PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED WALK UP VOLUNTEERS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED

Join Keep Sarasota County Beautiful and the Englewood CRA on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at Blind Pass Beach for a morning of community service and positive impact. Locally, as part of the Great American Cleanup, a nationwide initiative led by Keep America Beautiful (KAB), we’re uniting with volunteers across the country to remove litter, revitalize public spaces, and make our communities cleaner and more vibrant.

WHERE TO MEET: We will meet at Blind Pass Beach, 6725 Manasota Key Road

RELEASE FORMS: After registering for the event on Eventbrite, be sure to fill out a release form prior to the event which can be done online.

TIME: Cleanup will begin at 8:00 AM;

Please Report between 7:30, NLT 7:45 to receive directions from your site captain.

WHAT TO WEAR: Your event volunteer T-shirt! You should wear closed-toe shoes like sneakers, and bring sun protection, as needed.

WHAT TO EXPECT: Keep Sarasota County Beautiful will provide all cleanup supplies onsite. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by your site captain who will provide site orientation and event directions.

PARKING: Parking is available at the location; However, carpooling is always encouraged!
