BC Blueberry Council Annual General Meeting & Grower Gathering 2026
This registration page is for BC blueberry growers and BCBC members attending the official AGM session.
The evening will bring growers together for important council updates, board elections, industry presentations, dinner, networking, and grower engagement.
For government officials and ministry representatives, the AGM program will run from 5:00 PM to 8:30 PM. Pre-registered members from the public will be welcomed from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM.
When registering, please select your meal preference and include any food allergies or dietary restrictions so accommodations can be planned in advance.

Members Only AGM Session
The first hour of the evening will be reserved for the official AGM and is open to BCBC members only.
Voting will take place during the AGM session, with onsite voting booths available. Only one member per farm is eligible to vote. Contested elections are expected.
This is an important opportunity for growers to be present, take part in the process, and help shape the future of the BC blueberry industry.
Grower Gathering and Presentations
Following the AGM, doors will open for dinner, networking, and presentations.
Presentations may include:
- Ministry updates
- Marketing updates
- Industry and council updates
- Additional approved presentations
Please register in advance to confirm your attendance.
Media Access
Media coverage will only be permitted following the AGM session and may include announcements related to the newly elected board, Vice President, and President.

Pre-Registered Attendee Check-In Begins
Info: Pre-registration is required. Eventbrite confirmations will be verified at the entrance. Eligible members will receive voter cards, and all attendees will receive name badges. The security/front desk team will manage the line and direct attendees accordingly.
