Learn to teach barre fitness with the Roots Yoga training program! Our training program will give you the tools you need to teach a fun and effective class for students of all levels. This certification will add to your skill set and allow you to diversify your offerings to your clients, whether you are a seasoned fitness professional or just starting to teach group exercise classes.This signature course consists of different elements, including basic anatomy and strength-building, barre basics, class sequencing and structure, and ways to offer modifications and variations to keep your classes exciting and challenging.
Continuing education credits are available through Yoga Alliance for Registered Yoga Teachers.

Saturday, May 9, 2026 - 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Friday, May 22, 2026 - 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

Cost & Inclusions:
All instruction, books and materials are included for this program.
Students also receive one month of unlimited studio classes ($110 value).
Total Cost: $600
Pay in full, or place a $250 deposit to hold your spot. Remaining $350 balance due by Friday, May 8, 2026.
