About Baronial 12th Night:
We feel that a day of no stress and requirements where the Barony can hang out together is important. As a Barony of "doers", we are often working at events. This should be a day where we just relax and have a good time socializing and reconnecting with each other. Talk about what you've accomplished over the last year, hope to accomplish in the new year, projects, and ideas.
Play games and wager on whether or not the Baron will be trampled by his noble steed during the equestrian horsey games.
Reminisce in good memories. Eat drink and be merry!

__Event Happenings & Schedule__
**Doors open 9am for setup, Bring Your Own Lunches**
10am - 4pm Activities:
Upstairs:
- Kub (starting on the hour) 10am, 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm
- Horsey games (starting on the half hour) 10:30am, 11:30am, 12:30pm, 1:30pm, 2:30pm, 3:30pm
Downstairs:
- Variety of period and other tabletop games set up and available in basement for use as inclined, can also bring games to share.
- SCA gambling games in basement starting on the half-hour. (*Gambling games do not involve any mundane currency; starter kit and games tokens will be made available.)
10am - 4pm, (3-4pm time available to present any performing arts entries if needed)
A&S Champion Challenge: 2026 - Present a project in an art that is new to the challenger.
Artisans need not attend to submit an entry.
Downstairs 10am - 4pm: A space is available to display entries, 10am-3pm: Sign up for performing arts entrants, to present starting at 3pm.
*Please keep musical entries from 3-7minutes, spoken entries (poetry, prose, storytelling...) 3-9minutes. Family Friendly only! (Think PG & 'Apples to Apples' NOT 'Cards Against Humanity.')

6:00pm Pot Luck after court:
Bring a dish to share
Please attach a list of all ingredients
7:00 - 8:30pm
After Pot Luck, Optional Gift Exchange Game
(*$20 cap, as inclined- please mark for gender/age groups if needed.)
8:30pm Clean up, Site Closes at 9pm

_Site & Accessibility Notes_
- Site is discreetly damp*.
- Service animals welcome, not pet friendly.
- Smoking area inside personal cars only.
- Other Accessibility Notes: Handicapped parking available, packed gravel parking lot. There is a stair chair to help mobility challenged to basement activities, not to upstairs. Restroom in basement is mobility friendly.
- Allergens: Pot luck items will have ingredient lists available per dish brought.
**For visitors with any sound sensitivity: Site can get very unpredictability loud and noisy at times depending on participation in upstairs games activities from 10-4pm. Best recommended place to decompress is in personal vehicles outside. Can expect typical variable spoken and applause sound levels during court, pot luck, and gift exchange after 4pm.
