2026 Bands on the Beach - Johnny Earthquake and The Moondogs
Johnny Earthquake and the Moondogs were formed 30 years ago by a group of friends getting together to jam and play a few parties. It has grown into one of the south’s best-known and in-demand showbands.
The Moondogs feature 9-10 pieces of blistering, high-energy rock, R&B, swing, funk, soul, zydeco, country, and just about any other genre of music you can imagine. Led by frontman/singer Johnny Earthquake, The Moondogs put on a blistering, high-energy performance that are “the stuff SCREAMS are made of!”
Pensacola Beach's FREE outdoor summer concert series features performers for every musical taste and is held each Tuesday night from 7-9 p.m.
Organized by the Santa Rosa Island Authority, this popular event is located at the beautiful Gulfside Pavilion at Casino Beach, overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.
Spectators are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs and blankets.
Reminder: Pets and glass are prohibited.
