2026 Backpack Giveaway

We are giving away free backpacks and school supplies to school-age children in our community as they get ready to start a new school year. We will be at General Mills Park in Belvidere from 10:00AM until Noon. The event is over once we run out of supplies.
School-age children must be present to receive backpacks and school supplies. Backpacks and school supplies will be handed out on a first-come, first-serve basis.
