Each ticket purchased guarantees admission to the event named on your order. Before purchasing, please confirm event title, time, and location. Tickets are valid only for the specific date and time listed. No-shows forfeit all rights to refund or credit.

If the event is canceled, you will receive a refund for the face value of your ticket.

Unforeseen circumstances beyond promoter control—such as weather, traffic, transportation delays, emergencies, or other external factors—are not grounds for a refund.
If an exchange or transfer is approved, a $10 administrative fee and a $10 restocking fee per ticket may apply.

The promoter, venue management, and event staff reserve the right to refuse entry to any guest for any reason at their discretion, including disorderly behavior, failure to comply with venue policies, intoxication, or capacity limitations.

Changes to talent, entertainment, or amenities are not grounds for refund. Amenities such as drink tickets, gifts, VIP inclusions, or special guests are not guaranteed.
