Join us as we celebrate completing the 2026 Atchison Community Heart Month Challenge with a morning of walking, activities, prizes, and FUN!1. Visit our website to download a copy of the Heart Month Challenge Fitness Log. If you prefer to pick up a paper copy, stop by Cardiac Rehab at Amberwell Atchison or the Atchison YMCA.
2. Track Your Activity
• Track 150 minutes of movement per week
• Walk, jog, dance, lift weights, do yoga—just get movin’!
• Any activity counts
• Turn in your log at the event to be eligible for prizes!
3. Bring your completed Heart Month Challenge Tracker to be eligible to win great prizes!
What to Expect
✅ A 2K Fun Run/Walk for All Ages and Fitness Levels
We’ll start at the Atchison Family YMCA and go along the riverfront and back. Walk, jog, or run at your own pace and have fun!
✅ Heart health tips and education
✅ SWAG, snacks, and activities for all ages!
✅All Are Welcome! This event is free and open to everyone. Bring your friends, family, and neighbors for an afternoon of fun and fitness!
