🌸 Aspirations of Medicine Buddha Assembly: Live Well, Can Lah! 🌸

• Mental Health: Learn how mindfulness supports brain health
• Physical Health: Explore practical TCM approaches to healthier living
• Spiritual Health: Discover how Buddhist wisdom can help us embrace life’s changes with greater awareness, acceptance and peace

🙏 Blessing Ceremony

• Chanting led by monastics from Mahayana, Theravada, and Vajrayana traditions
• Flower and Lamp offerings to Buddha, Lunch Dana to Sangha
• Dedicate merits to loved ones, departed ones and all sentient beings

🪷 Vegetarian lunch will be provided.
