Conference Agenda (Tentative)

• 8:30–9:20 am: Check-in/on-site registration, and social networking (with refreshments)

• 9:20–9:30 am: Chapter President’s opening remarks
• 9:30–10:50 am: Junior Faculty Research Spotlight (3–4 short talks, 12–15 minutes each, including Q&A)
• 10:50 –11:50 am: Keynote speaker lecture
• 11:50 am–12:10 pm: Business meeting
• 12:10–1:00 pm: Lunch break
• 1:00–3:00 pm: Student oral presentations (~7-8 presentations)
• 3:00–3:15 pm: Coffee break
• 3:15–4:15 pm: Awards ceremony and conference conclusion

Note: Oxford Conference Center provides free on-site parking (including EV charging). If overflow parking is needed, additional public parking is available in downtown Oxford.
