Ackworth Garden Club Plant sale will be held on Saturday, May 9, 2026 at Moats Park, 900 N 1st St, Indianola from 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM. This is our annual fundraiser. We use our proceeds to fund various projects in our communities. This includes Youth Container Gardening Class, Warren County Fair Junior Flower & Horticulture ribbons and premiums.
We maintain gardens at the Warren County Fairgrounds, Carlisle Historical Randleman House, Warren County Justice Center and Scotch Ridge Presbyterian Church Grounds.
We also sponsor a $750 scholarship for a local Warren County horticultural student attending Iowa State University.
