Thursday 28th May we proudly present our, Annual Open photography competition. There are two sections. One of Projected Digital Images (PDIs) and one for mounted prints. The subjects are all open. Members can submit a maximum of six images, but no more than three PDIs and no more than three prints. Only NEW work, taken between last year’s Open and this year’s Open is eligible for entry. Images may have been entered in the other internal competitions during the current competition year or may be new work not shown before.
The competition will be judged by club members in attendance on the night of the competition. The voting method will be announced by the Internal Competition Secretary.
This type of event is great for aspiring photographers to view just what your local club can produce and to learn what photographic judges seek in terms of imaging, composition and quality.

Guests are welcome. There is a cover charge of £5, to help with the hire of the hall, on the door. The charge is deductible from membership fees if you join, subject to a maximum of £15 total discount after three visits.
