2026 Annual MLK Memorial Service

Welcome to the 2026 Annual MLK Memorial Service!

Join us as we celebrate and remember Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s life, legacy, and words while reflecting on the civil rights movement. We will engage in a worship experience with spoken word, other poems, dance and a message reflecting on the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s influence in Biblical Justice. The main speaker will be Julio Hernandez of the Congregation Action Network in DC.

In lieu of our usual reception, we will be hosting a dinner discussion after the service. The discussion is intended to activate participants to engage in the work Rev Dr MLK gave his life for.

Once you are inspired it will be time for action. Join Little Lights for their Race Literacy Immersion, it is a one day workshop that will cover the origins of race and racism and how it affect us today. It will be held Saturday, January 24th at the Little Lights Jubilee Center.
