2026 Annual Meeting of the Episcopal Church in Western Oregon

The 138th annual meeting of the convention of the Episcopal Church in Western Oregon will be held October 23–24, 2026 at the Salem Convention Center.

The cost for delegates and visitors is $45 plus a ticket service fee. This helps cover the costs of organizing this important gathering, including venue rental, A/V, materials, and other logistical needs that ensure a meaningful and well-run event for all participants. Delegate check-in will begin at 1 p.m. Friday, Oct. 23.

Exhibitors at convention are invited to reserve a table at the rate of $40 per day. Over the two days of the convention this would equal $80. The exhibitor hall will be open for setup at 10 a.m. Friday, Oct. 23.
