2026 Annual Meeting & 10-Year Anniversary Celebration

Celebrate a decade of impact with the Johnson County Affordable Housing Coalition at our 10th Anniversary and Annual Meeting, taking place on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at the historic The Englert Theatre. Members, partners, and supporters are invited to join us as we reflect on the past 10 years of advancing affordable housing in Johnson County and look ahead to the next decade of building stronger communities. All members and supporters of the Affordable Housing Coalition are encouraged to attend our annual meeting. Kick off the evening with live music by Painted Porch as guests arrive and settle in before the program begins. Connect with like-minded individuals and engage with local supporters of affordable housing and participate in our silent auction!

🌟 Opening Remarks & Coalition Business
Hear from JCAHC Board President Ruthina Malone as we conduct our annual Coalition business, including the election of Board members and Executive Committee officers. Members, through the Board of Directors, help shape the Coalition's advocacy priorities and future direction.

🌟 10 Years of Housing Impact
Celebrate a decade of collaboration with a special anniversary presentation highlighting JCAHC's accomplishments, partnerships, and the people who have helped shape affordable housing in Johnson County.

🌟 Housing Impact Award Presentations
This year's Housing Impact Award will honor an outstanding leader and their lasting contributions to affordable housing in our community. Honoree to be announced closer to the event!

🌟 Annual Report & Looking Ahead
Executive Director Jessica Andino will share highlights from the past year, celebrate our collective successes, and discuss JCAHC's vision for the future.

🌟 Anniversary Celebration & Networking Reception
Following the program, join us for drinks, hors d'oeuvres, desserts from local vendors, and an opportunity to reconnect with housing advocates, community leaders, and partners as we celebrate this milestone together. Post-event networking reception sponsored by First Mid Bank & Trust.
