Join us for the Mohawk Valley's traditional 2-day event! The Healthy for Good Expo takes place on Friday, March 6, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Clark Athletic Center. Cheer on participants in the Treadmill Challenge and tune in to the WIBX Radiothon! Then join us on Saturday, March 7, for a 3-mile walk or run. Doors open at the Clark Athletic Center at 8 a.m., and the run and walk start at 9 a.m. Stay tuned for details about our NEW starting line location!!!! (pro tip: it's closer to the gym!)
