2026 AGM & FunGM

As per tradition, our AGM will address the nitty gritty of the org, reviewing the financials, annual reports, and confirming board members. There are no board openings this year as all board members have confirmed their continuation.

The AGM runs from 6:00 - 7:00 PM with the FunGM running from 7:30 - 9:00. Light snacks and refreshments will be provided for all.

The FunGM follows the AGM and dives into what Roots is all about with some interactive events that will reconnect folks to what Roots is all about and share more about where we're heading.

Here's the kicker though - listen up!

- if you're coming for JUST the AGM, that's the ticket you need to register for;

- If you're coming for JUST the FunGM, that's the ticket you need to register for;

AND

- If you're coming to hang out all night long (AGM and FunGM) then please register for BOTH in person events.

(no one said coming to our events was easy).
