Gather at Aggie Park on April 21 for Aggie Muster as we honor and remember local Aggies who have passed in the past year. Following the ceremony, enjoy fellowship with complimentary food and beverages. There is no cost to attend, and donations are always appreciated.This year’s speaker is John Thornton ’75, Executive Director of the Texas A&M Coaching Academy. A second-generation Aggie and former SWC Newcomer of the Year under Coach Shelby Metcalf, Dr. Thornton helped lead the Aggies to the 1975 SWC Championship before beginning a distinguished career in coaching and athletics administration. He later served as Senior Associate Athletic Director, Interim Athletic Director during Texas A&M’s transition to the SEC, and continues to impact student-athletes through leadership and mentorship.
We look forward to honoring tradition, reflecting together, and sharing Aggie fellowship.
