Competition for GS lifts, IKMF lifts, Military Snatch, Mace 10&2s and 360s. Full list below
Register by December 31, 2025
Early registration fee is $80 (ends Dec 6th)
Regular Price $125
Registration gives athletes entry for two single GS, Mace or Military snatch events, or for Biathlon, Pentathlon or single Marathon event. Participation in additional events will require additional fees. Please contact organizers, if desired.
Rules
It is the responsibility of every competitor and coach to know the rules of the event, the requirements of the lifts, and to be prepared to perform according to the competition rules.
Zoom and Video submission requirements will be posted in the Facebook event.
This is an IKO ranking / Kettlebell Sport World League event, a sanctioned IKMF Team Canada qualifier, and recognized by the Canadian Kettlebell Association.

Official Kettlebell Sport Events (10 min & 5 min)
*Judged as per the IKO and CKA rules and regulations
1) Jerk (double bell for men and women)
2) Long Cycle (double bell for men and women)
3) Snatch (single bell)
4) One-Arm Long Cycle (single bell for men and women) (not IKO ranked)
5) Biathlon - Jerk double bells, Snatch single bell. *Please note that Biathlon counts as a full registration
6) Triathlon - Jerk double bells, Snatch single bell, Long Cycle double bells. *Please note that Triathlon requires an additional fee. Contact competition organizer.
7) Military Snatch (12min multi switch)
