Host Hotel

The Aerus Convention will be at the newly renovated Loews Nashville Hotel at Vanderbilt Plaza, near Downtown Broadway, 12 South, and The Gulch | View Map

Aerus has secured a special group rate of $205 per night at Loews Nashville. Reserve your room through the Aerus Convention Room Block link. To reserve a room with two beds, call 800-235-6397 and reference group code AERD07.

The group rate is available through November 1, 2026, or until the room block sells out. We encourage you to reserve early, as rooms are limited.

Travel & Accommodations

Attendees are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from Nashville. We recommend flying into Nashville International Airport (BNA), approximately 15–20 minutes from Loews Nashville. Rideshare services, taxis, and rental cars are available at the airport. Valet and self parking are available onsite for attendees who drive to the event.

To qualify for a Beyond Guardian Air unit to help offset travel costs, attendees must:

• Register by October 1, 2026.
• Reserve a minimum two-night stay at Loews Nashville using the designated booking link or by calling 800-235-6397 and referencing group code AERD07.
• Attend all scheduled group functions.

Each eligible registrant may receive (1) Beyond Guardian Air unit after the event, subject to verification of registration, hotel stay, and attendance. Husband-and-wife teams must each register separately and pay individual registration fees; each household is eligible for a maximum of (1) Beyond Guardian Air unit per household.

Registration & Hotel Notes

• Registration is required for every attendee. If multiple individuals from the same franchise or distributorship are attending, each person must complete and submit an individual registration form.
• To be eligible for the Beyond Guardian Air unit, hotel reservations must be made through the designated Aerus booking link or by calling 800-235-6397 and referencing group code AERD07.
• Reservations made through third-party websites or other non-designated booking methods are not eligible.
• Hotel cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before arrival, by 4:00 p.m. local time, to avoid a penalty.
• Hotel check-in begins at 4:00 p.m.; checkout is at 11:00 a.m.
• Room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes.
