The 𝟓𝐊 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐭. 𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐤’𝐬 𝐃𝐚𝐲 is a cornerstone of the St. Pat’s Parade weekend in Downtown Colorado Springs—bringing together runners, walkers, families, and teams for one of the 𝒈𝒓𝒆𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒕 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒇𝒍𝒂𝒕𝒕𝒆𝒔𝒕 𝒄𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒔𝒆𝒔 𝒊𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒄𝒊𝒕𝒚.
Designed to be fast, accessible, and welcoming, this community-forward 5K is perfect for seasoned runners chasing a PR, first-timers easing into a fitness goal, and families looking to move together before the parade festivities begin. The course runs through the heart of downtown with wide streets, minimal elevation change, and high energy from start to finish.
Participants can register solo or as part of a group, including the popular 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐟 𝐂𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐏𝐚𝐜𝐤 and the always-competitive 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐂𝐮𝐩 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞, where teamwork—and tasteful costumes—are encouraged. The race starts promptly at 10:00 AM.
Post-race, runners are invited to the Paddy Pub at Bijou & Tejon, where awards will be announced as results become available (approximately 11:00 AM). Light post-race celebration follows—after the work is done.
