DATE/TIME COMMITMENT
Participants will meet from 1pm to 5pm on the third Tuesday of each month, starting on November 17th 2026 and ending in April 2027, for a series of dynamic workshops, community tours, and engaging guest speakers. Participants must be prepared to attend all sessions in their entirety.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Leadership Roundtables: Hear from and engage in meaningful discussion with Sturgis area business owners, local experts, and public officials.
Community Exploration: Learn about the inner workings of our local municipal government, business community, and charitable organizations.
Professional Development: Discover how to effectively collaborate with diverse personality types and hone your interpersonal professional skillset.
Networking Opportunities: Connect with fellow professionals and community leaders.

PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS
Hands-On Engagement:
Attend community meetings and events during the program period to gain in-person familiarity with our government, business network, and community initiatives.
Direct Connections:
Participants will meet and learn from community leaders with diverse backgrounds and experience throughout the program courses.
Class Project:
The class will work together or in small groups to complete a Leadership Sturgis class project, based on the needs of the community and presentations offered during the program.
Certificate of Completion:
Celebrate your achievements with a special Certificate of Completion upon successfully completing all class sessions and project requirements.
