2026 1100 Tree Block Party

🎉 Block Party Update! 🎉
The City has selected August 1, 2026 as our official Block Party date!
In order for the event to be approved, we need at least 75% participation from our block, which means we need 40 homes to sign the petition/application.
This year, the City will provide:
• A bounce house
• DJ and music
• Games and activities
• A $250 stipend toward food for grilling
The City will not be cleaning the block, so we will need volunteers to help before and after the event.
While moving vehicles is not required, it would make setup easier and allow everyone to enjoy the event more. The City is willing to assist if we decide to have cars moved.
The petition/sign-up sheet is available with Daniel at 1121. We need all signatures collected by June 15, 2026. If you see Daniel outside, please stop by and sign the petition.
Last year, our block was recognized as one of the cleanest blocks in the city, and we’re excited to come together again for another great neighborhood celebration.
