Event Purpose
Join us for the You Are Loved Suicide Awareness Walk, a powerful community gathering to honor loved ones, support survivors, and spread hope through suicide awareness and mental health awareness.
Together, we walk to destigmatize, connect, and share resources for healing, progress, and resilience.
Participants are encouraged to wear something meaningful or bring a symbol that represents their loved one—such as a photo, a ribbon, a piece of clothing, a custom memorabilia t shirt, or a small keepsake—
Signs are absolutely welcome!
What to Expect
🌅 An Inclusive and Brief Scenic Riverfront Walk during golden hour
🎤 Speakers of Hope: Survivors, advocates, and mental health professionals sharing stories in a trauma-informed, PG-rated format
🏕 Resource Booths: Local clinicians, hospitals, and community organizations providing mental health tools, education, and support
🕯 Closing Moment of Reflection as the sun sets over the Mississippi.
