2025 Yoga Teacher Training will run from January 8 to April 26. Sessions are scheduled as follows (slight schedule changes may occur before training begins):Wednesdays from 4:00 - 9:00 pm
Saturdays from 11:00 am - 5:00 pm
Sunday April 21 from 1:00 - 6:00 pm

Ayurvedic module presented by expert Betsy Black, Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner + CYT 200 + founder of Rising Lotus Healing Arts
Nutrition + Mindful Eating module presented by Becky Miles, RYT 200 + Registered Dietitian, including a cleanse designed to recognize and eliminate harmful habits
Sacred Sounds module presented by Auburn Herchek, Sound Therapy & Crystal Singing Bowl Certified + RYT 500 + founder of Serenity & Sound
Offsite contemplative silent retreat that includes guided activities designed to support focusing inward and inspire self-discovery
Meaningful, relevant, and impactful group Seva (service) project
Lifelong invitation to audit future 200-hour teacher training modules on which you may need a refresher
