Welcome to our Yoga Retreat! Would you like 3 nights and 2 days of connection, movement, rest and fun in a truly supportive and healing space? We would love for you to join us at the beautiful Cotswold venue surrounded by nature and like-minded souls.Nourishing and delicious vegetarian cuisine will be provided throughout the weekend for you by our amazing Ayurvedic caterer Claire Jaynes @mywholeheartedtable (insta), follow Claire to see some of her amazing meals. We will be following the Ayurvedic flow of meals, with breakfast being the heartiest meal of the day and then allowing our digestion in the evening to enjoy the lighter meal. (There will be snacks, soft drinks and tea & coffee available throughout the weekend).
You don’t have to be an experienced Yogi to enjoy a retreat, as an Osteopath and yoga teacher of 18 years, Aimee will provide a safe environment for you to explore your practice, whatever your experience.
Aimee and Sonia will also be hosting their unique ‘Posture Clinics’ to help explain and explore more deeply different yoga poses.
Sonia’s ever popular sound baths will also be a major feature of the weekend to provide you all with exquisite vibrational healing and relaxation.
