1:30pm-2pm – Check-in, meet & greet, and potluck snacks
2pm-3pm – All-levels yoga with Kate McCoy, accompanied by live piano from Shire Song
3pm-5pm – Games, activity stations, and community connection!

• All-Levels Yoga led by Kate McCoy, with live piano music by Shire Song
• Potluck & Refreshments – Bring a dish or snack to share!
• Games & Activity Stations – Enjoy various activity stations offering Charades, Pictionary, hula hooping, sound healing, conversation starters and more!
• Meet & Connect – A relaxed environment to chat, build friendships, and have fun

What to Bring:

• Yoga mat & any props you need for comfort
• Water bottle to stay hydrated
• A dish or snack for the potluck (optional but encouraged)
• A game, activity, or blanket to sit on (optional but encouraged)
