Every year, in celebration of National Business Women's Week, YBPW honors a local business woman who embodies our vision of advancing women through empowerment and education. This dinner also serves as our largest fundraiser and proceeds fund scholarships which help provide assistance to women pursuing higher education in the greater Youngstown area.
