Join us on Wednesday, April 9, 2025 at the beautiful Minnesota Landscape Arboretum for a day of networking, learning, and empowerment. Connect with fellow women in the agricultural industry, hear from inspiring speakers, and gain valuable insights to help you thrive in your leadership role. New this year, we're offering two pre-conference sessions on Tuesday, April 9.

2025 Women's Agricultural Leadership Conference

- Wednesday, April 9, at the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum
- Advance and improve your skills and get energized by discovering new ideas, connecting with others in agriculture, and celebrating mentors and positive role models.

Registration:
- Register by March 28 for early-bird pricing.
- Online registration ends at noon on April 8; we cannot gurantee meal availability for late registrations.
- Limited scholarships are available. Complete this short application before March 28.
Pre-Conference Opportunities:

- COMET Training from 9:30-11:30 a.m.
- safeTALK Training from 1-5 p.m.

COMET (Changing Our Mental and Emotional Trajectory)
COMET is a two-hour interactive training that teaches participants how to reach out in a meaningful, respectful, and supportive way to friends, co-workers, or acquaintances who seem to be struggling somewhere between wellness and a mental health crisis.
safeTALK
safeTALK is a four-hour training that equips people to be more alert to someone thinking of suicide and better able to connect them with further help. Using a simple yet effective model, LivingWorks safeTALK empowers everyone to make a difference.
