Welcome to the 2025 Women's Agricultural Leadership Conference!

Join us on Wednesday, April 9, 2025 at the beautiful Minnesota Landscape Arboretum for a day of networking, learning, and empowerment. New this year, we're offering two pre-conference sessions on Tuesday, April 9.

• Advance and improve your skills and get energized by discovering new ideas, connecting with others in agriculture, and celebrating mentors and positive role models.

• Register by March 28 for early-bird pricing.
• Online registration ends at noon on April 8; we cannot gurantee meal availability for late registrations.
• Limited scholarships are available. Complete this short application before March 28.

• COMET Training from 9:30-11:30 a.m.
• safeTALK Training from 1-5 p.m.

COMET is a two-hour interactive training that teaches participants how to reach out in a meaningful, respectful, and supportive way to friends, co-workers, or acquaintances who seem to be struggling somewhere between wellness and a mental health crisis.

safeTALK is a four-hour training that equips people to be more alert to someone thinking of suicide and better able to connect them with further help. Using a simple yet effective model, LivingWorks safeTALK empowers everyone to make a difference.

Info: Greetings, remarks, and the presentation of our 2025 Outstanding Agricultural Mentor Awards. Following lunch, we'll also have Networking Bingo!

Info: Learn about a variety of industry issues, new ideas, and other trends by taking part in up to three 14-minute mini-sessions. Multiple sessions occur simultaneously, creating substantial energy.
