About this Event
Join Holly De Ruyter, the producer of "Old Fashioned: The Story of the Wisconsin Supper Club" and Mary Bergin, author of “The Wisconsin Supper Club Cookbook” for an evening of history, entertainment and of course, a Wisconsin supper club dinner and Old Fashioned cocktails!
Black Shoe Hospitality will be serving a menu, featuring a choice of seared pork tenderloin or seared Atlantic salmon, wild rice and vegetable blend with creole rosé sauce and specialty pie dessert.
5:30: Doors open for cocktails
6:30: Holly DeRuyter and Mary Bergin introduction
6:35: “The Wisconsin Supper Club Cookbook” presentation by Mary Bergin
7:15: Dinner served
8:00: Movie: “Old Fashioned: The Story of the Wisconsin Supper Club” by Holly DeRuyter
Advanced tickets are required, and we are limiting this event to 50 guests, so hurry and reserve your spot for this special evening. Tickets must be purchased by March 5th. Sorry, because of the need to plan meals, tickets will not be offered at the door and refunds are not available. Seating is first come, first served general seating only; no reserved seating please. Holly’s and Mary’s books and DVD’s will be available for purchase.
