Christmas in NYC - Dec 16-18
Cost: $250 per person
Book Now for $50 non refundable/non transferable deposit! Remaining balance due on Nov 1st.

We will not send out individual reminders for trips. Please set a reminder to pay by Nov 1st. Any seats not paid in full on Nov 2nd will be released and resold. Deposits will not be refunded or transferred to another trip.
Estimated Itinerary: Tuesday, Dec 16th
2:45pm - Meet to load the bus for Somerset pickup
4:30pm – Meet to load the bus for Lexington pickup
We will do seating charts to make sure that families/groups are seated next to each other. Snack bags and bottles of water will be provided! We will stop every couple of hours to stretch your legs, smoke breaks, etc.
Wednesday, Dec 17th
Before arriving in NYC we will stop to freshen up. We do have multiple buses for this trip, it’s also a very busy time of the year for truck stops. Showers will be extremely limited. Please plan on not being able to access a shower. Baby wipes, other products like that will help. We plan to be at the truck stop/rest area for around 1 1/2 hours. This stop will be earlier than normal.
Arrive in NYC to be dropped off for a day to explore on your own.
Drop off location - W 42nd St & Port Authority Bus Terminal in Times Square
9pm - Arrive back to load the bus to return home. We will make a stop to allow everyone to change back into some comfy clothes for the ride home. We will also stop every couple of hours for breaks as well.
Thursday, Dec 18th
Arrive back in Kentucky!

What is the cancellation/refund policy?
A refund will only be provided if we are able to resell your seats. Your refund will be minus your $50 non refundable deposit. If you selected paying as goods or service and we were charged a fee on Venmo or any other platform we will issue your refund minus your deposit and the fee that we were charged.
