2025 Christmas in NYC with 3 full days and 2 nights stay in a hotel

Thursday, December 4th– Monday, December 8th

$100 non-refundable/non transferable deposit per person due to reserve your seat. The remaining balance is due by October 19th. The price covers the transportation to NYC and back in a deluxe motor coach and two nights stay in a hotel room.

Price per person -
4 people to a room: $650 per person
3 people to a room: $750 per person
2 people to a room: $875 per person

This is a mix of our regular red eye trip with two nights stay in a hotel.

Thursday, December 4th
2:45pm - Buses depart Somerset
4:15pm - Buses depart Lexington

We will stop every couple of hours for breaks. We will sleep on the bus Thursday night.

Friday, December 5th
Before arriving in NYC we will make a stop at a truck stop to freshen up.

*Limit one suitcase and one carry on bag per person.

Explore NYC on your own for the day.

Check in starts at 3pm. You can check in on your own and get your luggage from the concierge anytime after 3pm. You will need to provide a debit/credit card and an ID when you check in for incidentals. A hold will be placed on funds on your card during this time.

Saturday, December 6th
The hotel offers a free continental breakfast.
Explore NYC on your own for a 2nd day!

Sunday, December 7th
Check out is by 11am. Leave your luggage in the storage room at the hotel. Enjoy NYC on your own for a 3rd day.

9pm - Meet the bus back at the hotel to head home. Get luggage from storage area and load onto bus. We will sleep on the bus on Sunday night on the way home.

Monday, December 8th
Arrive back in Lexington and Somerset

Venmo - @rollonbustours (Please do not mark as paying for a goods or service. We are charged a fee each time that happens.
***Each payment must include your name, group if you are with one and the location and date of the trip.
What is the cancellation/refund policy? A refund will only be provided if we are able to resell your seats. Your refund will be minus your $100 non refundable deposit.
*On the overnight trips - 30 days prior to the trip the entire amount paid becomes non-refundable. We have to release any unused rooms with the hotel 30 days before the trip. It is very difficult to try to resell a seat when we have no additional rooms available due to the cut off date with the hotel.
