At the Center for ASD, our mission is: To deliver lifelong support for the well-being of the special needs community. To empower individuals with special needs and their families, helping them lead fulfilling lives. We envision a world where everyone can thrive. But we also recognize that to turn this vision into reality, we need more than just good intentions; we need a community of supporters who truly believe in our mission and want us to succeed as much as we do.
This is where the Waymaker event comes in. It is our opportunity to educate individuals about the work we do. To give the community the opportunity to hear our story and to decide on their own if we are a organization they would like to walk beside.
This event is a fundraiser, so there will be an ask but there is no obligation to give. However if you choose to give every dollar counts, no amount is too small or too large.
The Center is supported by and also growing our Waymaker Society. This group of dedicated supporters have ventured through our doors, seen our work firsthand, and decided to join us on our journey. These remarkable individuals have committed their resources, hearts, and beliefs to our cause and embarked on a five-year journey of unwavering support. The various levels of support can be found on our website.
Our supporters are more than donors; they are Waymakers. They share in our journey, becoming an integral part of our community, and their commitment is a testament to their unwavering belief in our mission and vision.
