2025 Vision Board WorkshopStart the new year with clarity and intention. This immersive session combines creativity and mindfulness to help you visualize your goals and aspirations for the year ahead.
The workshop will incorporate a 10-minute sound bath and guided meditation, designed to center your mind. From there, you'll dive into creating your personalized vision board, using a variety of collage materials, imagery, and words that inspire and align with your dreams for 2025.
No experience is needed—just bring your goals, dreams, and an open mind. Let’s set the tone for a transformative and fulfilling year together!
