This Veterans Day, join us at our annual Veterans Day Tribute in honoring the brave men and women who served our nation with courage and dedication. The tribute will be at 11 a.m. at the Sandy Springs Performing Arts Center. Our keynote speaker is U.S. Navy Commander Frank Weisser, an Atlanta native, decorated combat veteran, and two-time Blue Angels pilot. Commander Weisser has flown missions in Afghanistan and Iraq and even took to the skies in Top Gun: Maverick, flying in the front seat of a F-18 for some of the film’s most thrilling scenes. A graduate of North Springs High School and the U.S. Naval Academy, he continues to inspire through his service and story.
