2025 VALENTINES DINNER & DANCE

Enjoy a lovely dinner prepared by our Executive Chefs in our decorated Grand Ballrooms then dance the night away as DJ provides both fun and romantic music for the special night.

SALADS:

• Traditional Caesar Salad with dressing, garlic croutons, freshly grated parmesan.
• Strawberry Arugula Salad with cornbread crouton, candied walnuts, crumbled feta, arugula greens and fresh strawberries. 

ENTRÉE’S:

• Carved Herb Roasted Sirloin with rosemary au jus and horseradish crème.
• Roasted Gulf Grouper with Mango Chutney, Habanero Beurre Blanc
• Chicken Piccata with Lemon Butter Caper sauce
• Sides: Garlic mash potatoes, pecan rice pilaf, chef’s seasonal roasted vegetables

DESSERTS:

• Strawberry Cheesecake with Chantilly Cream and Strawberry Sauce
• Fudge Brownie with Chocolate Ganache & whipped topping
