The Equal Opportunity Day Celebration (EOD) is Urban League of Greater Hartford’s signature fundraising event to support programs and operations in the areas of youth development, adult education, workforce development, housing, health equity and social justice.

Urban League programs and services impact more than 3,000 individuals and their families annually. The EOD also serves as a platform to celebrate local leaders committed to opportunity and inclusion for all.
