REFUND POLICY: All registration cancellation and refund requests must be done online through Eventbrite. No refunds or credits will be granted after June 5, 2025. Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may send a substitute. Refunds will not be given for no-shows.

I acknowledge and agree that the University owns the Materials and all rights related to them. Furthermore, I grant the University and its agents, employees, and contractors the irrevocable and unrestricted right to identify me and use Materials that include me in any manner or media without notifying me, including but not limited to, websites, products, publications, promotion, and broadcasts, such as social media, advertisements, posters, and presentations. I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve of the finished images, video content or any printed or electronic matters that may be used with the Materials, or to be compensated for any use of the Materials.

I hereby release, save harmless and indemnify the Commonwealth, the University, its Trustees, Officers, servants, and employees from and against any and all claims, liability, losses, third party claims, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorneys’ and experts’ fees) arising out of or resulting from said Materials or the University’s use thereof. I recognize that this Release means I am giving up, among other things, rights to sue the University, its Trustees, employees, and agents for injuries, damages, or losses I may incur in connection with the Materials. I also understand that this Release binds my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, as well as myself.
