➡️ Stormont Vail Hospital Surgery Parking Garage (10th and Garfield)
· For previously vaccinated adults 19 years and older.
· Sept. 25 and Oct. 9, 9 a.m.—3 p.m.
· Must be a Stormont Vail/Cotton O’Neil patient.
➡️ Cotton O’Neil Pediatrics – Gage (4100 S.W. 15th St.)
· Oct. 23 and Oct. 30, 1:30—5:30 p.m.
· For previously-vaccinated adults and children 7 months and older.
· No appointment necessary.
· Must be a Stormont Vail/Cotton O’Neil patient.
· Eligible family members accompanying the patient may also receive their flu shot at that time.
· Vaccines for Children (VFC) program accepted.

· Walk-ins available Monday—Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
