2025 TOGETHER Conference

Join us! This conference is for you if you work for an organization focused on climate resilience and equity in the Bay Area, this conference is for you. Or if you want to work in the field! We invite those in all stages of their careers and all branches of an organization – whether your role is working on the land or water, communicating, interpreting, fundraising, directing, working with personnel, interning, and more – to attend the conference to learn, connect, and collaborate. And we welcome folks from outside of the Bay Area to join us, too!

Schedule of events:

• Tuesday, May 13 | Online morning kickoff
• Wednesday, May 14 | All-day, in-person conference at the Fort Mason Center, San Francisco
• Thursday and Friday, May 15 & 16 | Field trips hosted by TOGETHER Bay Area members

All conference tickets include access to the online kickoff, the in-person conference at the Fort Mason Center, and one field trip.

Individual registration:

This is where you'll share basic information about your attendance (e.g., meal preferences), sign up to attend one of the amazing field trips on May 15 or 16, and sign up to be an Ambassador or Volunteer at the conference (optional). It takes about 10 minutes to complete this form.

• If you're purchasing a ticket for yourself, you can buy an individual ticket and fill out the attendee information.
• If your organization already purchased tickets or has access through sponsorship, enter the promo code you received and complete your attendee information with no additional payment required.

Group tickets:
If you're purchasing tickets for 2 or more people, pick this option! You'll receive a promo code to distribute to the individuals who will attend the conference, and they can complete their own attendee information by selecting the Indiviual Ticket option. Group discounts are available using these codes:

• 5–11 tickets: 10% discount with code SPRING10
• 12 or more tickets: 15% discount with code SPRING15
