🏋️♂️ MEN’S & WOMEN’S DIVISIONS
👕 Weigh-in: 8AM
⏰ Event Starts: 11AM
🎟Free Event for Spectators
💥 EVENTS: Deadlift & Bench Press
👑 King & Queen of the Lift will be crowned!
🧠 HOW IT WORKS:
This is a head-to-head elimination challenge. Each competitor in a weight class must lift the same weight in each round to advance. The weight increases every round until only ONE lifter remains per weight class!
Rounds 1–2: Warm-up rounds – get familiar with judges and expectations.
Rounds 3–4: Contender rounds – most will be eliminated.
Rounds 5 & Up: Championship rounds – only the strongest survive!
Bench Press: Touch and go.
Deadlift: Weight must be locked out at the hips.
Expect intensity. Expect excitement. Expect to see some serious strength. 💪😎
