Get ready for a spicy showdown at the Star Riverhouse next to the Boise River where chiliheads unite and compete for the title of 2025 Star Chamber Chili Cook-Off Champion. This year marks the 7th anniversary.
Join us for a day filled with delicious chili, friendly competition, and good vibes. Bring your appetite and taste test all the mouth-watering chili recipes. Other activities include a beer garden, pie-eating contest, music and award ceremony. Proceeds benefit the Star Chamber of Commerce and the Star Food Bank.
CALLING ALL COOKS! Prepare your best chili recipe on-site for a chance to win a cash prize, trophy, and bragging rights. The chili competition is International Chili Society sanctioned and winners are eligible to enter the national ICS cook-off. Over $2000 in cash prizes will be awarded!
