Rules:
This is NOT a USAB sanctioned event, and therefore, WEEEEE make the rules. PLOT TWIST: there ARE no rules! JK. Scoring for all events will be 3x21 with EXCEPTION for E events which will be played 1 set to 25 without any deuces (switch sides at 12), possibly round robin for E players.
You are required to be onsite and checked in at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled match (times subject to change), and there will be a STRICT 10 minute default rule. Warmups are limited to 3 minutes, enforced by a timer. If teams are asked to begin their match by the host, but refuse to begin, we will default both teams (in the interest of time, of course).
Line judges will be available upon request. Line calling by spectators is FORBIDDEN. We will have onsite security to escort parents, friends, family, lovers, etc. off the premises if they are caught unfairly disrupting the game with unruly behavior.
Any other discrepancies or issues must be taken up at the tournament desk (if you used up the shuttles we allotted you, that is NOT an eligible issue).
Unlike other club venues and events there will NOT be an additional cover charge (*cough cough*). Players are limited to 4 events MAXIMUM---IF any only IF that 4th event is SINGLES.
1st event: $50
2nd event: $40
3rd event: $30
4th event (MUST BE SINGLES): $20
Spots are LIMITED as usual, and we reserve the right to cut off teams in which BOTH partners have not registered. So please be sure BOTH partners are registered to be considered a complete entry.

***Deadlines:
Payment is DUE via ZELLE by entry deadline, Saturday February 1st, 11:59PM. (*Registration is first come first serve, so even if you register BEFORE this date, if the draw is full, you will be waitlisted like we have done so in the past*) COMPLETE registration is one in which BOTH partners have registered and BOTH partners have paid.
FINAL withdrawal date is February 8th 11:59PM. Any withdrawals AFTER this date will be granted 50% refund and a tournament shirt (based on availability).
Late payments made AFTER 2/1/25 will be subject to a $10 fee, which will go towards buying COFFEE and SNACKS for tournament staff. Make sure to include that LATE fee if making a payment after that date (don't worry, I have all the receipts and timestamps, and my minions will track down every late payment).
