The course is held every Wednesday for 8 consecutive weeks.
The class is held in-person from 2:00 pm-3:30 pm.

- Wednesday, May 7 - Anger’s Many Faces/Power of Anger
- Wednesday, May 14 - When Anger is Good/Handling Anger Effectively
- Wednesday, May 21 - Managing Conflict/Effective Communication Skills
- Wednesday, May 28 - When to Take a Break/Cognitive Distortions
- Wednesday, June 4 - Change your Life by Changing Your Thinking/Logging
- Wednesday, June 11 - How Emotional Intelligence Impacts Anger
- Wednesday, June 18 - Anger Review/Assessments/Certificates
- Wednesday, June 25 - Make-up Day
After completion of 8 hour and a half classes, a Certificate of Achievement is awarded.
