About this Event
We are proud to announce the 14th Annual Silicon Valley Latino Leadership Summit (SVLLS), taking place on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at the iconic Computer History Museum (CHM) in Mountain View, California.
Located in the heart of Silicon Valley, CHM is a fitting venue—honoring the region’s rich tech heritage while offering an inclusive, accessible space for our vibrant community. The museum provides complimentary Wi-Fi, free parking, and EV charging stations. Attendees will also have the opportunity to explore portions of the museum during breaks and after the summit.
This year’s theme: “Elevate, Empower, Lead – Unlocking Latino Leadership Potential, It’s Time. ¡Es Tiempo!”
Our 2025 theme champions growth, empowerment, and bold action. It is a rallying call for Latino leaders to fully embrace their potential and drive transformative change across industries and communities. Aligned with the summit’s mission, this theme underscores our commitment to cultivating leadership, fostering innovation, and advancing personal and professional growth.
Through compelling panels, impactful mentorship opportunities, and dynamic networking, SVLLS equips attendees with the tools, inspiration, and community to break barriers and redefine leadership. By bringing together experienced trailblazers, rising changemakers, and forward-thinking innovators, we aim to amplify Latino leadership and create lasting impact—here in Silicon Valley and beyond.
As always, SVLLS is dedicated to showcasing and developing the Latino leaders of today and tomorrow. We are honored to feature keynote speaker Ramiro Cavazos, President and CEO of the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (USHCC), who will share insights on how bipartisan collaboration can unlock economic opportunity and generate lasting prosperity for all Americans.
Our two featured panels include:
- Elevating Emerging Leaders – Practical strategies for identifying, developing, and empowering the next generation of Latino professionals.
- From Authority to Influence – A compelling discussion on how leadership today is shaped less by titles and more by impact, vision, and authentic influence.
We’ll close the day with a unique keynote from Jeff Valdez, writer and film producer, whose session, Funny Business, brings humor and insight together for an engaging, hands-on experience that educates while entertaining.
We invite you to join us for this empowering day dedicated to elevating Latino excellence. Come connect with influential leaders, gain insights from top professionals, and contribute to the conversation about advancing Latino leadership across all sectors.
